Not satisfied? You can return your MediMuse product within 30 days of delivery.

 

Conditions for Return

• The item must be in its original packaging with all components included.

• The product must be clean, undamaged, and show no signs of misuse.

• Proof of purchase is required (order ID or confirmation email).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
