1-Year Warranty

All MediMuse devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues.

 

What’s Covered?

• Motor malfunctions

• Charging issues

• Battery or power failures

• Structural defects (e.g., buttons, housing)

What’s Not Covered?

• Accidental damage (drops, spills)

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse or modification

• Lost or stolen items

 

Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, contact us at [warranty@medimuse.com] with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photo/video proof if possible.

 

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the device free of charge, or offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
